How To Pay Rent

From the Indiana WILMOTH lease- we strongly encourage rent payments to be made:

1. On-line through a secure tenant portal website provided by Manager.

2. Or by enrolling in our community payment servicer PayNearMe.com.

These are the ONLY two methods to make rent payments.

Please send a request to Tenants@WILMOTHGroup.com to request a PayNearMe PayCode that can be used at retail locations near your home.
