How much is the Application Fee?

The application fee is $45 for each applicant (any adult 18 and over who will be residing in the home). When you enter the online site you will be asked for a credit or debit card to process the fee. 

We complete a full background screening to include income and rental verification.  This fee covers the hours such a process takes.
